Hello! Just to make your life easier, we have some tit bits on returns and exchanges. Take a peek!
Ideally, we don't accept returns. But if you are unhappy, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us a picture of what's wrong with your package along with a request to email@example.com and we'll replace it if your request is approved or alternatively send you a voucher.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Due to COVID -19, we have been facing 25-30 day delays over the regular 12-18 days of delivery which is our normal time for the orders. Please bear with us during this time. We are doing our best for our parcel to get to you. If we are able to track your parcel it cannot be categorised as missing and hence we cannot offer a refund. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries as this situation is completely out of our control and largely due to government regulations.
If your parcel is not trackable and is missing, and we cannot locate it after 60 days, we can send you a refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 5a Pasir Panjang Close, Sunnyvale, Singapore 118964, Singapore. But as mentioned before, please send us an email with a picture first!
Unfortunately we don't offer gift wrapping services, but please do send us an email and we can probably pop a note in for you. We do have gift cards available, so please do check that out!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
